Elk Country Trading Post is a website dedicated to supporting financially the principles of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. The mission and purpose of the Elk Foundation is to:

• Conserve, restore and enhance natural habitats.
• Promote the sound management of wild, free-ranging elk.
• Foster cooperation among Federal, State, Tribal and private organizations and individuals in wildlife management and habitat conservation.
• Educate members and the public about habitat conservation, the value of hunting, hunting ethics, and wildlife management.

Elk Country Trading Post is a partnership between the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Schnee's of Bozeman, Montana. Schnee's has provided hunters, outdoorsmen and women with quality footwear, apparel and gear for more than 60 years. This partnership provides an exciting opportunity to provide a great selection of products, together with top quality customer service, to Elk Foundation members and volunteers, while providing important financial support to the Elk Foundation.
